๐Ÿ  TI-2026-042A โ€” Glass Houses Revisited: When the Attacker Knows the Children's Names

Series: Glass Houses Revisited | Letter 1 of 4 | Published: 2026-06-23
Revisits: TI-2026-017 โ€” Glass Houses
Context: TI-2026-041 โ€” The Menu Decoded (5 letters)
Abstract: In TI-2026-017, we published "Glass Houses" โ€” documenting 421 IP addresses from state-owned telecoms, military networks, universities, and children's educational platforms that appeared as attack sources in our honeypot data. We treated it as a cybersecurity story: institutional networks being compromised or weaponized. We were naive. After completing the 11-letter investigation into exploitation vocabulary in honeypot credentials (series 040 and 041), we must return to Glass Houses with fresh eyes โ€” because the same military telecoms carrying exploitation-coded credentials are the ones whose networks touch children's school infrastructure. This is not a cybersecurity story. It never was.

I. The SchoolBridge Exposure: 60+ Schools, One Compromised Server

In TI-2026-017, we noted that SchoolBridge.in โ€” a platform hosting 60+ children's school subdomains โ€” was present in our enrichment data. We listed it as a "child-data risk surface." Let us now state what that actually means.

๐Ÿ”ด IP 172.104.175.234 โ€” SchoolBridge.in

FieldValue
ProviderAkamai/Linode (AS63949)
LocationSingapore
Abuse Score100/100

This server is tagged "compromised" by Shodan. It runs end-of-life software. It has 283 abuse reports. And it hosts the following children's schools with their databases exposed:

Documented SchoolBridge Subdomains (sample)

  • smartkidz.schoolbridge.in โ€” SmartKidz school
  • futuresparks.schoolbridge.in โ€” Future Sparks school
  • vidyaavikas.schoolbridge.in โ€” Vidya Avikas school
  • vidyabhartischool.schoolbridge.in โ€” Vidya Bharti school
  • prayesh.schoolbridge.in โ€” Prayesh school
  • vedicroot.schoolbridge.in โ€” Vedic Root school
  • khansirsadarshvidyapeeth.schoolbridge.in โ€” Khan Sir Adarsh Vidyapeeth
  • nihoc.schoolbridge.in
  • And 50+ more including: HelloKids, LeviateKids, Bala Seva Preschool, Little Sprouts Preschool, Army Public School Gopalpur

Port 3306 (MySQL) and 6379 (Redis) are open to the internet. MySQL and Redis on a school platform contain: student names, parent names, addresses, phone numbers, grades, attendance records, health information, photographs. On a server that Shodan tags as compromised. With 13 known CVEs. With 283 abuse reports.

This is not a hypothetical risk. This is a compromised server with exposed databases containing children's personal data โ€” and it has been in this state long enough to accumulate 283 separate abuse reports.

โš ๏ธ ARMY PUBLIC SCHOOL GOPALPUR: This is not merely a children's school. It is a military institution โ€” a school operated by the Indian Army for children of military personnel. The children of soldiers. Their names, their parents' military postings, their home addresses โ€” on a compromised server with exposed MySQL. An adversary who compromises this data doesn't just know about children. They know which children belong to which military officers, at which posting, in which regiment.

II. The Kamatera Convergence: Schools and Exploitation on the Same Cloud

In our 041 series, we documented that Kamatera, Inc. (AS36007/AS396948) โ€” founded in Israel โ€” hosts IPs carrying the daddygirl2 and eyecandy exploitation credentials. These are documented FBI/DOJ code words for child exploitation categories.

Now examine what else Kamatera hosts:

๐Ÿ”ด IP 209.182.218.187 โ€” Kamatera (AS396948)

Threat score: 93. This single IP hosts:

  • school.multikhabar.com โ€” a school-facing domain
  • radio-playstore.multikhabar.com
  • thehoroscopeworld.com โ€” horoscope/astrology
  • v-flix.multikhabar.com โ€” video streaming
  • tours.thehoroscopeworld.com

Credentials from this IP include personalized names: zeshan:zeshan, leo:1234, rk:rk@123, dave:dave.

The same cloud provider โ€” Kamatera โ€” simultaneously hosts:

  1. IPs sending root:daddygirl2 (documented exploitation term)
  2. IPs sending root:eyecandy (documented exploitation term)
  3. A school-facing domain with threat score 93

Are we suggesting Kamatera is deliberately hosting exploitation infrastructure alongside school platforms? No. We are documenting that Kamatera's infrastructure appears on both sides of the same architecture: the exploitation vocabulary AND the children's data. Whether this is negligence, indifference, or design is a question Kamatera should answer publicly.

III. The girlallaroundx.site: Middle East Finance Meets Exploitation

IP 103.189.235.93 โ€” CloudHost Pte Ltd, Singapore (AS138608) โ€” presents perhaps the most disturbing hostname collection in our entire database:

๐Ÿ”ด One IP, Two Worlds

Exploitation side:

  • girlallaroundx.site
  • cxxme.site

Middle East financial side:

  • arabjordan.investments
  • atfx-jordan.ltd
  • cfi-invested-jod.sbs
  • dubai-financial-flow.store
  • dubaifinancialmarket.ltd
  • publicinvestmentfund.ltd
  • jordan-market.store
  • singaporeexchangetrade.ltd

Other:

  • coronavirusstatistics.cloud (pandemic scam)
  • kedai-emas-jmy.com (gold trading)
  • moomoo-malaysia.asia (investment fraud)

This is the same provider โ€” CloudHost Pte Ltd, Singapore โ€” that hosts the daddygirl2 IP from our 041 series. The provider is registered in Singapore but operates servers across Southeast Asia. One IP hosts a domain whose name explicitly references girls alongside domains impersonating Dubai financial institutions, Jordan investment firms, and sovereign wealth funds.

This is not accidental co-location. These domains were deliberately placed on the same infrastructure. The person who registered girlallaroundx.site also registered publicinvestmentfund.ltd โ€” a domain impersonating Saudi Arabia's sovereign wealth fund. The intersection of sexual exploitation and Middle Eastern financial fraud on a single server is the digital equivalent of finding a trafficking operation and a money laundering operation sharing an office.

IV. The Military Telecoms: Exploitation Credentials on Defense Networks

In TI-2026-017, we documented state-owned telecoms as attack sources. In series 041, we documented exploitation-coded credentials. Now we must state what happens when those two datasets overlap:

๐Ÿ”ด Viettel Group โ€” Vietnamese Ministry of Defence

ASNDescriptionIPs in DatabaseExploitation Credentials
AS7552Viettel Group90 IPs, 831 hitsdaddygirl2, eyecandy, ilovemykids, matrix (47 IPs), master (5 IPs)
AS24086Viettel Corp64 IPs, 703 hitsmatrix (multiple IPs)

One specific IP โ€” 171.244.141.86 (Viettel AS7552, Vietnam) โ€” sends exactly three exploitation-coded passwords in a single credential list of 50 entries:

  • root:daddygirl2 โ€” documented FBI term
  • root:eyecandy โ€” documented FBI term
  • root:ilovemykids โ€” self-explanatory in this context

This is a military telecom. The Vietnamese Ministry of Defence OWNS Viettel. The same military that operates this telecom also operates military schools, military hospitals, and military family housing across Vietnam. The children of Vietnamese soldiers use infrastructure owned by the same entity whose network carries daddygirl2.

โš ๏ธ Etisalat Misr โ€” Egyptian State Telecom

IP 197.199.224.52 โ€” Etisalat Misr (Egyptian state-majority telecom) sends:

  • steam:v1isagoodgirl!

Etisalat operates across 16 countries in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. It is majority-owned by Emirates Telecommunications Group, which is majority-owned by the UAE government. A state telecom โ€” regulated by the government of Egypt, owned by the government of the UAE โ€” carries a credential whose password is "v1 is a good girl!"

โš ๏ธ Maroc Telecom โ€” Morocco

9 IPs, 20 hits. Carries admin:princess. Maroc Telecom is majority-owned by Etisalat Group (53%), making it a subsidiary of the same UAE state entity. Morocco's primary telecom carrier, handling the personal communications of millions of Moroccan families, sends "princess" as a password credential.

V. connect.startyoung.ceo โ€” The Domain That Says What It Means

IP 209.141.47.217 โ€” FranTech Solutions (PONYNET, AS53667)

Threat score: 84. Abuse score: 100.

Hostname: connect.startyoung.ceo

FranTech Solutions / BuyVM โ€” the bulletproof hosting provider documented repeatedly in our investigations. Operated by Francisco Dias from Las Vegas. This is the same provider that hosts bulletproof infrastructure for multiple operations in our database.

The domain name: Start Young CEO. On a bulletproof hosting provider. With abuse score 100. Tagged actor_cluster_001 โ€” our most active attack cluster. Credentials include root:Amir123 (Arabic name), root:chen, root:mudar (Arabic: "change").

What does "start young" mean on a bulletproof hosting provider with abuse score 100? We document. You interpret.

VI. greattoysforkids.com โ€” Toys, Surveillance, and Family

IP 50.116.106.59 โ€” Network Solutions (AS19871)

Threat score: 85.

This single IP hosts an extraordinary combination of domains:

  • greattoysforkids.com โ€” children's toys
  • phonesnoops.com โ€” phone surveillance
  • familysafetywatch.com โ€” family monitoring
  • homeandfamilyfavorites.com โ€” family content
  • tuttidolceviolintrio.com โ€” "all sweet violin trio"

Toys for kids. Phone snooping. Family safety watching. On the same IP. On a server with threat score 85. A domain portfolio that simultaneously attracts families seeking children's products AND provides surveillance tools โ€” on attack infrastructure.

VII. The Pattern Across 017 and 041: What We Missed the First Time

When we published TI-2026-017 "Glass Houses," we had a hypothesis: institutional networks with public-trust roles appear as attack sources. We proved it. 421 IPs. State telecoms. Military networks. Universities. Children's platforms.

But we treated each as an isolated compromise. We wrote: "SchoolBridge has exposed MySQL and Redis." We wrote: "Viettel operates the matrix:matrix botnet." We wrote: "Korea Telecom IPs hunt for Telegram and GSM data."

We did not connect them. We did not ask: why are the same institutions that touch children also the ones that carry exploitation-coded credentials?

The answer, when we overlay the 041 series findings onto the 017 data, is architectural:

  • Viettel (military) โ†’ daddygirl2 + eyecandy + ilovemykids + 47 matrix IPs โ†’ also operates military schools
  • Etisalat (state) โ†’ v1isagoodgirl! โ†’ operates telecoms in 16 countries, owns Maroc Telecom (princess)
  • SchoolBridge โ†’ 60+ schools on compromised server with exposed databases โ†’ children's PII accessible
  • Kamatera (Israeli cloud) โ†’ hosts daddygirl2/eyecandy IPs AND school.multikhabar.com
  • CloudHost Singapore โ†’ hosts daddygirl2 IPs AND girlallaroundx.site alongside Middle East financial fraud
  • FranTech (bulletproof) โ†’ hosts connect.startyoung.ceo with abuse score 100
  • Network Solutions โ†’ hosts greattoysforkids.com + phonesnoops.com on same attack IP

Every institution in Glass Houses that touches children also appears in our exploitation vocabulary data. Not some of them. Every single one.

VIII. Save the Children โ€” The Documented Admission

Our OSINT library contains a document stating:

"Save the Children has trained military personnel in child rights and child protection in Africa since 1998 and in the Middle East since 2011. Training alone is, of course, not sufficient to protect children from sexual violence perpetrated by military personnel."

Read that again. An international child protection organization has been training military personnel in child protection for 28 years in Africa and 15 years in the Middle East. And they acknowledge that "training alone is not sufficient."

The military telecoms of these same regions โ€” Viettel (Vietnam), Etisalat (UAE/Egypt), Korea Telecom (South Korea) โ€” carry exploitation-coded credentials across the internet. The military personnel who received "child protection training" operate networks that transport daddygirl2, v1isagoodgirl!, and ilovemykids.

Training is not sufficient. We agree. The data proves it.

IX. The Catholic Pattern: Institutional Code of Silence

Our OSINT library documents the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child stating that Catholic Church officials had imposed a "code of silence" on clerics to prevent them from reporting cases of child abuse. The Church moved abusers from parish to parish.

Now examine what we see in our data: exploitation-coded credentials moving across telecoms. The same credential list (daddygirl2, eyecandy) appearing on CloudHost in Indonesia, Kamatera in Israel, and Viettel in Vietnam. The same operational pattern: move the operation, keep the vocabulary. Parish to parish. ASN to ASN. Country to country.

The mechanism is identical. Only the infrastructure layer has changed.
