The key finding: WHG shares SSH key fingerprint 84:33:99:0d:d5:49:39:5b:e0:5e:7c:39:b8:52:e4:f4 with IP 154.16.180.24. SSH key reuse across different providers means the same operator controls both servers. Additionally, WHG shares passive DNS hostname whgi.net in a cluster of 4 IPs — a documented infrastructure network.

This is not a single compromised server. It is a node in an operational network with cryptographic proof (shared SSH keys) of common control across multiple hosting providers. British hosting. British jurisdiction. Documented attack operations.

X. Enix Ltd: The Coastal Position

Enix Ltd (AS52148) sits at coordinates 50.799, -1.0913 — the Portsmouth/Southampton coast. This is the UK shore directly facing Jersey across the English Channel. A ferry from Portsmouth to Jersey takes 10 hours.
